IMPORTANT PROMOTION INFORMATION

The First Time Homebuyer Promotion offers eligible customers a $500.00 Home Depot gift card at or after closing.

Eligibility: To be eligible for The Home Loan Expert, LLC’s First Time Homebuyer promotion at least one customer must be a First Time Homebuyer (defined below) and close their loan with The Home Loan Expert, LLC during the promotional period. For purposes of this promotion, a First Time Homebuyer is an individual who (1) is purchasing the security property; (2) will reside in the security property as a principal residence; and (3) had no ownership interest (sole or joint) in a residential property during the three-year period preceding the date of the purchase of the security property. In addition, an individual who is a displaced homemaker or single parent also will be considered a First Time Homebuyer if he or she had no ownership interest in a principal residence (other than a joint ownership interest with a spouse) during the preceding three-year time period. This promotion is only available for new, residential first-lien loan applications submitted directly to The Home Loan Expert, LLC. Purchase applications with a property address received between April 12, 2021 and December 31, 2021 are eligible for the First Time Homebuyer program. Limit one (1) gift card per transaction. The Home Loan Expert LLC. reserves the right to amend, terminate, or withdraw the First Time Homebuyer promotion at any time without prior notice.
